Q=How Do I Join?
A=Simply click the getting started button and fill in the form.

Q=Is This Service Free?
A=No its a paid service to make your fully hosted splash pages.

Q=How Can I Pay?
A=We take Paypal for monthly membership fees.

Q=I Paid but I am not upgraded?
A=If you pay by e-check your account will not be upgraded and you can't make splash pages until payment clears. Our system handles all subscriptions automatically so you will get upgraded when Paypal sends us the money. You can check expected clearing date from inside your Paypal account.

Q=I Have Joined But Can't Make Splash Pages?
A= This may occur if you have not yet chose a package, You can choose Silver or Gold membership by clicking the upgrade link in the members area menu. Or see above question.

Q=Is There A Tutorial?
A= Yes see the link in the menu at the bottom of the page.

Q=Where Do I Get My OTO Package As I Did Not Receive It?
A= Your OTO Graphics package is not delivered to you, You must click download oto in the members menu and download the package to your computer.

Q=How Do I Add An Optin Form?
A= You need to create a opt-in box inside your autoresponder then copy and paste the html code they give you into either column 1 or column 2 on your splash page.

Q=My Page Does Not Look Right How Do I Do Things Like Change Text Color Or Miss Lines?
A= we have put together a list of things you can copy and paste to your text columns to make your page better by clicking here

Q=I Have Made A Splash Now How Do I Use It?
A= When you have made your site you can click on Make Splash Pages link in menu and click get URL. This will give you a URL (website address) to use by adding it to traffic exchanges.

Q=I Paid But Can Not Make Splash Pages Yet?
A= This mainly occurs if you pay by e-check, You need to give it time to clear (upto 7 days) once it has cleared our system will upgrade you automatically.

Q=How Do I Cancel My Account?
A=To cancel / remove your account you need to 1) cancel your subscription (see below) 2) Remove yourself from email update list (see below).

Q=How Do I Cancel My Subscription?
A= You need to login to paypal and cancel it there.

Here is how to do it:
1) Log in to your PayPal account.
2) Click Profile at the top of the page.
3) Under Financial Information, click Recurring Payments, Pay List, or Pre-approvals List to find your payment.
4) Select the payment, and then click Cancel.

PLEASE NOTE: we are not able to cancel your subscriptions for you. You agreed to cancel your own subscription upon subscribing. Please do not email us asking us to do this. Cancelling a subscription will downgrade your account the moment you cancel, You will not be able to use your splash pages after you cancel a subscription. You MUST have an active subscription to use our services. We do not offer refunds for part months lost because of subscription cancellation before the end of the month..

Q=I Cancelled My Subscription But I Am Still Getting Emails From You.
A=No problem, on all the emails you get from us there is an unsubscribe link at the bottom simply click that link.
